Good Morning, Bava! (The Red Drink):
A proprietary Bava blend of Beets, carrots, oranges, celery, lemon, apple, parsley and lemongrass.
Begin your morning with our invigorating Red Drink. Forget about your regular caffeine fix, this drink will help you start your day with ample amounts of pure energy. Consume this drink all at once, or sip on it slowly until lunch. Some dilute it, which is totally fine, the more water you drink the better. The more fluids you consume in the next three days, the easier it will be and more satisfied you will feel. There is PLENTY of juice there for you, and we’d like you to drink it all.
Good Afternoon, Bava! (The Green Drink):
A proprietary Bava blend of Broccoli, parsnip, cucumber, kale, granny smith apples, asparagus, watermelon and mint.
Once you’ve hit lunch time it’s time for the Green Drink. With its alkalinizing properties this drink will carry you clear-minded deep into your evening. Once again, it is your choice to either drink it all at lunch or to sip on it until dinner. On Day One you are likely to miss your regular lunch or at least chewing in general. Breathe deep, and keep drinking.
Good Evening, Bava! ( The Purple Drink):
A proprietary Bava blend of Grapes, cabbage, blueberries, grapefruit, papaya, pineapple, watercress and ginger.
Your Bava dinner will be the Purple Drink. This one will offer you just the right amount of calming zen to help settle you for the night and keep your body cleansing by digesting old matter, resting and repairing. this juice is a little thicker and more satisfying. We had one Bava cleanser eat it out of a soup bowl because she wanted to join her family for dinner. Good Evening Bava has many digestive properties to move toxins through your system overnight.
A proprietary Bava blend of Lemons and cranberries.
Drink plenty of water. Add in 2-3 tablespoons, or to taste, of our fabulous Lemon-Cranberry Concentrate to a 1L bottle of water. It will make it a bit tart, but these ingredients will start to shift your pH, help your kidneys to eliminate toxins, clear your skin, and build your immunity. Drink a minimum of 2 additional liters or more of water per day in addition to the juices. The more hydrated you are, the easier it is for your body to pass along all the nasty toxins you’ve been afraid to let go. “Better out than in” is what we say at Bava Juice Headquarters!
“Feel like a Nut Milk, Bava?” (Bava’s Chai Almond Sesame Milk):
Almonds, sesame seeds, dates, vanilla beans, anise, fenugreek, nutmeg,cardamon, black pepper, and cloves.
At the end of your Bava day we have one more thing for you. Like a nice warm blanket, wrap yourself in our “Feel Like a Nutmilk, Bava?” almond sesame milk chai. You have been supplied with 1.5L of nut milk, so we recommend 500 mls (2 cups) per evening. Heat your nut milk up on the stove until it reaches your desired temperature, cuddle up with your cleansing self and enjoy! The nut milk has valuable oils, herbs and vitamins to settle you into a good nights sleep.
